Kim and Meg are two (former) outdoorswomen, who, back in the day, enjoyed rock climbing, hiking, whitewater kayaking and extended backcountry canoe trips. Fast, light and low-impact was the mantra.

Fast-forward a few years to find these gals each married, each with two daughters aged four and six, and living the good life in Ottawa, Canada. Now the mantra sounds a lot more like a Wiggles song.
